MISSION MOMENT: Meet the Hagler Family
Meet 5 year old Cameron and his father, Armond. This is their first year participating in Y sports and their entire family is excited for their third season of soccer. Cameron’s mom thanks the Y for making her kid happy!
“Our son has thrived since his first day of practice. Soccer has shown him how to work hard, be disciplined and still have fun at the same time. The progress he has made in two seasons is the product of the very patient coaches and referees. The attention and focus they give these kids is crucial for building confidence come game time. Cameron has made lots of new friends and so have we as parents. As a family, the sports program has definitely brought us closer together. The countdown to Saturday games gets all of us excited.” - Tina, Soccer Mom
The Y believes that all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve, under the guidance of staff and volunteers who care about them and believe in their potential. We see every interaction as an opportunity for learning and development. We’re here to provide extraordinary experiences and help build positive growth. Through our program, kids are cultivating the values, social skills, and relationships that lead to better health and positive behaviors.
